im not putting it down i think that it should be a little a little harder say 40 pushups in a row with 1 minute rest then another 40 then 60 situps 2 minute rest 60 more

in my FRESHMAN PE class in HS it was normal to do from 6-12 sets in a day (yeah we had a nice coach LOL)
every Friday we had a fitness test where you had to do as many pushups as you can without stopping and by the 4th week I peaked 60 and didn't want to go any harder than that.
Now that coach moved to the big campus (our Freshmen were separate) and the new Freshmen are a bunch of sissies.

anyway this was a bunch of 14-15 year old kids, I expect that 18-19 year olds could do better!
