Geforce 2 ultra -- 64MB , paid extra to get it when I bought the PC (1.5 yrs. ago) ... Installed the Detonator XP drivers the other day , works great , at least for MOHAA .

it's DDR so the ram speed is doubled. yours is at 600. so what's the diff between the 2
