I'm not gonna say anymore on this topic since the guy who made this thread wanted help, I can't help him so I'm gonna obey Baz's words and not post in this thread. Lonegunner, if you have a problem with me, PM me. No sense spamming other people's threads with the belief that you're ever gonna get me off your back. Show some respect and PM me about your grievances.

Ok, went to mohadmin.com (lots of good stuff there!), but it did raise 2 more questions:
Maxrate formula = upload speed/# of clients * 8 = sv_maxrate. Can anyone break this down into a standard mathematical formula? (you know addition, subtraction, multiplication, division etc.)
UDP = Is this part of the TCP/IP protocol, or it's own entity? Win2K doesn't have it as an option.

Innoxx, what in your mind makes you think:
a) I'm the one having sex
b) that she's little
c) that it involves fisting

Just curious.

Let's say your upload speed is 300kbps, and you have a server for 10 people. It would look like this:

300 / (10 X 8) = 3.75.

Now, take that number, add a 0, and round to the nearest 100th. Your maxrate would be 3800.

3.75,
(add a zero) 3.750
(Round off) 3800

Thanks Bazooka, you've been more help than you can imagine.
