One thing the designers were adamant about was that a memorial will be part of the new structure to commemorate 9/11 and all of the victims. That is still going to happen.

Yeah, I know that. All of the projects they planned were going to have a memorial part somewhere near the footprints of the originals, but I still think the entire area that I listed should of been a memorial garden.
