Stopped by WalMart on my way to work this morning (yeah, I work at 6 a.m.!)...they didn't have it out (I didn't stop to talk to anyone), but they didn't have the "Rock Star" DVD out yet, either...that gets released today, too. So maybe they just haven't put out their new releases yet..I'll check back @ 10.

I guess I'm lucky that I live in a town of almost 0 gamers. I know that at any store there will be atleast 5 copies that haven't been bought yet cause no one buy games here, so I don't have to rush to the store to beat people there =)

Got the next to last one at a Wal-Mart in Huntsville, AL. The EB guy told me that Wal-Mart had paid EA $10K to get it early...don't know if there's any truth to that or if it's just sour grapes.
