but the problem with the patriot act is that it is making neighbors spy on neighbors. They had the same shit go on in regimes like the Soviets,Nazis, and in iraq during saddam hussein's reign

I'm not spying on my neighbors and I don't see how it would make you spy on your neighbors, it allows people in the government to gain more knowledge about you more easily if they suspect you of being a terrorist, like get your financial records more easily, but that doesn't make neighbors spy on neighbors, but then again, I dunno what you're into so you may find that pleasurable... oOo:
