Nothings as unsexy as a 900 to me m8.. annoy:

m8? LOL......

Well, must be an acquired taste. I grew up with Holdens all around me, my family have owned nearly every bloody model, and I still love them to death.

Aye, sorry bout that "m8".
Tis a bad habit i picked up down in England..

Duke_of_Ray 05-08-2004 10:14 AM

I drive a 1995 GMC Sierra C1500 short-bed white truck, with 215,00 miles on it. GMC is the best.

Levinstein - I didn't vote. Holden do have some kind of partnership with GM, I'm not sure to what extent, but I do know that V8 Holden's engines are based on American Muscle cars....I think most prominently, some model of Chevrolet.

I'm not totally sure about all this, though.

the new mini is a bmw with a 'mini' badge, therefore its german.

bmws, porsches, mercedes, the older vw golf gti(plus vw being best manufacturer of diesel cars), audi, aston martins,

Who said that we were talking about the NEW mini?

All other, older Minis are British. The design is British. So as far as I'm concerned, Minis are still veryu much British. Simply owned by Germans.

GMC for me, but I have owned at least one of every group but honda, and I dont have anything against those. The only one of hte group I am scketchy about is chryser. Everything feels a little looser in one.

Pick Axe 05-08-2004 10:33 PM

I think GM (trucks at least) are the best you can get. But, as far as prices go, right now Dodge trucks are WAY cheeper than either GM or Ford. I only would buy american. If I am gonna spend that much money, I would rather give it to an american company.

And speaking of the lack of European companies, what about that little merger thing between Chrysler and Daimler-Benz?

Swill 05-08-2004 11:34 PM

uh...

of course my favorite is the honda accorde and the honda pilot... I dunno why....

Himmler 05-09-2004 02:29 AM

Ford all the way out of all those pics

Ford Builds the most solid trucks right now. F150 , 250 & 350 are great.

1 # Sellling = F150 rightn ow in canada. I see them everywhere :) (Theirs a reason as well). Still while ford builds great trucks a lot o their cars have a lot to be desisred for.

MrLevinstein 05-09-2004 06:19 PM

My uncle had a gto like this one:
[img]http://www.musclecarclub.com/musclecars/pontiac-gto/images/pontiac-gto-1965a.jpg[/img]

Only it was a dark green with white leather. I asked him about it and the first thing he says is "THAT THING COULD HALL ASS". He put many a mustang fastbacks in their place during the 60's and early 70's

Those were the days were you coudl get a amazingly beautiful car for such a low price you dint even need a loan. And you could take it him and snap your neck with torque

Milla 05-09-2004 06:25 PM

I bet my dads road runner would of put that goat in its place biggrin:

MrLevinstein 05-09-2004 06:38 PM

Without the goat you would have no road runner. We wernt talking about the fastest muscle cars out there, we were talking about goats.

There are plently of LS6 Chevelles, and ZL1 camaros, ZL1 novas that could wax any stock mopar 426 hemi or not

Milla 05-09-2004 06:41 PM

Whatever...but this GTO would kill that old one biggrin:

Ya they got some good stuff going, as far as small trucks the s10 is better then the ranger :). Its not that the other stuff isn't good its just that ford is well... building umm tough / tougher right now. But GNMC and Chevy are still building some nice stuff.

LOL theres quite a differnace between what was a 4000 budget muscle car and whats today a 100,000 italian made super car

Milla 05-09-2004 06:47 PM

lol i know, i was just kidding, although that mitsubishi 3000 GTO has 300 horsepower and a twin turbo with AWD im not sure if it could beat the old one that was beefed up.

Nice though.

MrLevinstein 05-09-2004 06:52 PM

Those cars are damned expensive. I looked and saw an ad for one that was a 95 with tt and 77k miles for 12,000 i was like wtf!

And awd cars have an advantage over RWD cars from a dead stop.

Milla 05-09-2004 06:53 PM

I know, and an advantage on turns cause it pushes and pulls the car, my old 240sx was RWD and i hated that bitch in the winter, i would slide all over biggrin:

MrLevinstein 05-09-2004 06:56 PM

If i buy a camaro z28 Im gonna need to buy a winter car. Im not gonna feel like counter steering after every turn.

325 ft pounds of torque +icy pavement=racecar driver style coutner steer

Arkan 05-09-2004 09:55 PM

I drove that 3000GT...what a piece of shit. Save your money and buy something else!

Milla 05-09-2004 11:19 PM

Hell nah man, 3000 GT VR-4 twin turbo AWD, those things are awesome. The newer ones that is with the non flip up headlights.

But tonight i saw a 5.0 box body mustang smoke a BMW M3 and a Civic hatch with a GSR motor, but that fucking GSR almost had his ass.

The s2000 is a piece of shit. Now the NSX, that is a finely tuned Honda.

Fireal 05-10-2004 02:15 AM

NSX=acura.

Yea, i know Acura = Honda in a sense. But so does Mercury-ford

Ford > Mercury
Acura > Honda

The s2000 is freaking amazing.

elitecloud 05-10-2004 02:26 AM

i saw a s2000 today i belive, biggrin:

Wow shag stay out of my fucking tread because you know ass

ZL1 nova was the fastest stock gm car out there.

425 horses
450 ft pounds of torque

That wasnt from a iron engine the thing was alunimnum

0-60 in 4.2 seconds and quarter mile in the 12's. So know your shit you fucking assinine fool

Maplegyver 05-10-2004 08:32 AM

trans am

Milla 05-10-2004 09:32 AM

I hate hondas also, i cant stand them because everyone who has one tries to make it look cool, but just end up making it look like a fighter jet with that spoiler. That Mustang who raced those cars last night was spraying nitrous, i was there when he was warming up the bottle lol. Funniest shit they pull out onto the road they get even than they punch it, the mustang kicked so hard the chassi twisted. rock:

I know that the 69 426 cuda Hurst special is the fastest stock car ever. 10 sec 1/4 mile that beats yours by 2 full seconds. I am sorry mopar owned the muscles cars. So you are the asinine fool. I won’t even mention that the super bird was kicked out of nas car for being to fast.

Ford had the cobra 0 to 100 and back to zero in 10 seconds.

Chevy was and is slow crap compared to the big boys.

And ever dragster is a Keith black hemi. So even your fucking chef is powered by a mopar design. You fucking dip shit. Don’t talk muscle with me.

And wasn’t the zl1 a corvette? I mean nova they were ugly. That’s like a dodge dart. Of course the dart was better.

There I fixed my drunken post. Because you can’t/wont read what I said. You only pay attention to the spelling mistakes. Because your life sucks so badly you look for ways to cut others down. Your mom must be proud.

Short Hand 05-10-2004 12:31 PM

STFU no one cares.

MrLevinstein 05-10-2004 01:08 PM

Shag, where the fuck did you go to school? Somewhere in Compton?

jujumantb 05-10-2004 01:18 PM
