I went to the last day of E3 and I finally played MOHPA. It was awesome, everything was better than I have seen or heard about it. The environment, the sounds, everything was good from what I saw. The best parts were the close combat action I got. There were Japanese death charges with bayonets, samurai swords and battle crys. The fuckin tommy gun is awesome, it actually sounds like a real gun, not some toy paintball gun. I managed to play two games before it got rough in there and people started pushing and shoving.
I played some more of Thief Deadly Shadows and Soldiers: Heroes of WW2 and I expect to be buying them when they are released. Thief will be in stores in 2 weeks rock: . I saw some Dungeon Siege 2 in action today and it looked great, but I dont have much to say about it. I got a Nvidia tshirt with the Hitman: Contracts print on back and a King of Fighters 2002 poster from SNK after waiting in line and getting my Nvidia passport stamed at various points at the expo rock: . I saw some nice demos of the Matrix Online and it looks like something promising, but I dont know much about what the game is about, they didnt have any demos to play. Either way, im not a MMORPG fan, so I cant give you a good opinion about that or SW Galaxies or World of Warcraft. There were so many booths, and it was pretty easy to get lost in there, I dont think I managed to really get the benefit of 3 days. I should have stayed there longer, but if anyone knows the surrounding traffic areas, a long stay is not possible if you expect to get home before dark. I actually called in sick today from work just so I can go one last time and get my Nvidia passport checked for a t-shirt, but it was worth it for that chance to play MOHPA. Today was mainly spent getting cool souvenirs, and I only spent about 3 hours there today. I took one pic because my camera died. I emailed them to my house, so I will upload them when I get home tomorrow. beer: |

OH yeah and I played Driver 3 (or Driv3r), it was awesome, much better than that POS Driver 2 for the PSone. The demo had a nice variety of cars to choose from, but only one were muscle cars. The rest were trucks, buses or suvs, small coupes and sedans. I hope they change those and I hope the fix something about the bugs, the demo kept freezing for some reason. Other than that it was a great game. You can exit your car and grab another like GTA and Driver 2, wich is a nice improvement on the original Driver, but i liked the first much better than the second. |

This was an awesome game and I will be buying it when it comes out. I had just knocked the grey panzer off its track when I took a step back to take a shot. It didnt matter though, he killed me afterwards. ed: Rome Total War, a very intense and semi complicated game to play. The woman reclining was nice enough to let me take a closer shot of her, its in the girly thread. biggrin: A collection of Agent Smiths outside the Matrix Online game. It was crammed in the ATI/Valve booth and it was so fucking hot in there. You can see the people behind the glass. eek: Picture of inside the MS-Xbox booth. Dungeon Siege 2 was to the left but the shot I got of it was too blurry. The ATI-HL2 booth. It was very crowded in here and the line you can see wraps around the back end of the booth and stretches for several hundred feet. I'm not very proud of these last shots because they are so blurry and just happen to be the ONLY shots I have of Pacific Assault. I had finally been able to play it, but it had gotten pretty rowdy with people wanting to play that I took shots as I was being pushed away.
