Hate to say it but if it gets too hot, the ice caps will melt, thus flooding the planet and splitting the US into two territories: the rockies and Appalachia. There wont be a midwestern USA anymore. At least, thats how I see it. |

Wednesday?
I watched it Friday with my girl... it was "alright". There were a few funny parts in there..
The movie was a joke, I mean obviously it isn't supposed to 100% accurate but once they found out the climate was going to change so drastically in 4 weeks and then the wolves started acting like velociraptors from Jurassic Park it became laughable.
I'm tired of people's only defense to shitty CGI movies being "it's a popcorn flick". Shove that popcorn up your ass and stop going to this friggin movies so hollywood finally realizes quantity over quality is not a good thing. I mean jesus christ those wolves were blatently CGI the entire movie, they didn't even use real dogs when they were in the zoo. Sure some of the effects were cool, but I've seen enough cool effects. I mean, look at Jurassic Park, that movie combined practical effects with cgi perfectly and it was done in 1992-1993! Yet over a decade later we still have shitty looking CGI-infested movies like this. The only memorable image for me was the statue of liberty frozen. The rest I've seen before in other disaster movies. How many times can I see New York and LA destroyed before gettting sick of it? Well this is one time too many. |
Agreed.
Jurassic Park = Godzilla = Day After Tomorrow = Independence Day = etc etc It's all the same shit. |
I saw it and I hated it. kbye
ill go see it for the effects. i promise, its gonna blow.
It wasnt that bad, i enjoyed it, yeah it was BS but it was still pretty cool to see NY get owned by a wall of water.
i saw it and i enjoyed it
i'll probably see it after I see harry potter

j/k, I always knew this movie would be shite, I mean I haven't seen it yet but it was easy to predict all of the 'jus another big eye-candy effects empty whore of a movie'........as someone said, with Hollywood its all "quantity over quality" If they'd jus put some effort into them they could be so much better... *falls on knees, looks up to the heavens* "We deserve SOOO MUCH MORRRRE!!!11....." *gets swept away by tornado* |
