You have every right to disagree as I do, but I tried to remain diplomatic & didn't mention any particular names. I merely stated 'some people whom I know'...
Skateboarders all dress the same, use similar language & try to do tricks to impress each other. I translate this as teenagers trying to be cool... Bodyboarding is more about having fun than being cool, there is certainly a fashion & a following. But the difference is everyone can go on holiday & do it. You don't see a 40 y/o businessman going down the street on a skateboard but you do see them on holiday bodyboarding. As for taking credit for my L337ness & the number of postcounts I have, well I just can't help that biggrin: |

I skateboard, I stopped for a while becuase I broke my ankle and i'm back into it, i'm always downtown skating, I also wakeboard and sometimes snowboard!
