I love running. I probably run around 2-3 miles a day. On weekends Ill go take embudito trail, and go probably 4-5

well ive officialy embarked on a health crusade of eating. i eat pretty much only high fiber breads also none that are sold in supermarkets, only in local bakery.

fruits and vegetables high in antioxidants and vitamins. no more fuckin donuts. man its amazing , wake up in the morning run 3-5 miles and eat healthy food all day i feel like a million bucks

That Map's right for me. My county is in the 80-100% range for "coke". About right. But, I'd say most people drink Dr. Pepper here. Probably about 60-75%. So we usually say "Dr. Pepper". It's healthier than coke, anyways, it says doctor on it, It's gotta be.
