#1 Worst Reason for a Government to do something: Because They Can.

The rich pay the taxes, dont care what John Kerry is trying to tell you.

actually the 'middle-class' pays most of the taxes... and what i'm saying is: work together to eliminate some of the gap between the classes, and everyone will be paying taxes... how can you stimulate an economy where more than 1/2 the people can barely afford to live?... how can you support a government that 'cares' more for the well-being of Iraqis than it's own people?...

Uuuum, don't want to shit on your parade but the 'upper class', or people who make some number or more(like 250g or so a year) pay 30%(somewhere in that area) to the federal government. Middle class only pays 15 or 17 or w/e the fuck.

But, John Kerry gets out of paying his amount of taxes because he gives the bare minimum to just sneak under the radar by giving a small amount to charity. Kerry wants to raise taxes to the middle class.[/quote:fe583]

before your drop your load, the 'upper class' is about 2% of the population, even at 30% tax rate, the 'middle class' pays more... in canada people who make over 50K but less than 100K are taxed at like 40%, i assumed it was similar in the US...

You're thinking about the masses, obviiously if a percent of the population dwarfs another part then it's going to pay more. But individually Bush isn't raping you in the ass hole.

Dude, If bush hadn`t sent the troops there in the first place there would of been many more attacks, and now in the new bin laden tape there is even more events that they are still alive and are still willing to make more 9/11 attacks! Why the fuck would you have Kerry as president? Oh mr.Im such a dick whos sweet and cute about war and I dont like!. Dude and another thing, for economics and morale values you want bush, kerry also wants to lower taxes JUST for the wealthy people, and raise the taxes a bit for the not as wealthy people and below...Bush has already cut taxes, over 5 million people had taxes cut in Ohio "Was said tonight on CNN and FOX NEWS"
So..thats a couple things.

W/O googling Sloi - give me 5 things John Kerry has done to prove he deserves the American peoples vote. . .

JFK v-2.0 failed for one reason - he banked on anti-Bush sentiment. The man is a bore and is on the same level as Dole and Gore. Somewhere in between. He failed to galvanize his base, and he counted on the youth vote that - suprisingly - didnt show up. Its the "most important election of our lifetime" (according to MTV) and 18-24 yr olds failed. Miserably. Bush will win with a 4 million point cushion Sloi. 100million people came out to vote, more than in 2000 - something happened and it didnt happen with the Dem base. Kerry ran a bad campaign - why can no anti-Bushite admit this?

Old Reliable 11-03-2004 02:38 AM

promises of tax cuts are a great way to get uneducated people to vote, but one must analyse what taxes are for....various things, military, social programs etc. what would the candidate do with these taxes if they plan to raise them. did you know that the state department is the least funded department? hmm...problems

God I love your thoughts TGB! rock:

Also I want to point out, did any of you notice that in 2000 the national votes favored Gore? But now since Bush is president what is happening? Bush has gotten the favored votes by right now as I speak almost 4 million votes as of on http://www.foxnews.com.

By the way, look at foxnews channel and look at Brit the main newscaster,he has been in that chair for over 8 straight hours, look at his expression happy: I will be watching this to the end.

kerry didnt impress me one bit, of course neither did bush. if they didnt waste their time saying things we know they will say in some dumb speech, and actually visited places answering questions etc. like some 3rd party candidates, then i'd be impressed. its a one-way communication with kerry and bush

Umm what? Bush has visited places such as Pakistan and country`s like that.
But if you meen like during the election this year , yes he has , he`s visited my near where I used to live in Canton Ohio, where is not very much of Rich area.
But to be asked questions? That I think is not a place for where a President or someone like Kerry Should be in a time like this, they are far to busy to focus on there work. I.E....If you were to go to places all day long like you explain, and you knowing that your one of the top 2 candidates that will be a majority in votes for the presidential election then you will have no time to make those big speeches. Btw, those speeches are for a purpose, Bush and Kerry are to Confirm what they will do when Bush remains President and/or Kerry Becomes one. Simply to tell the Americans that what they believe in and will do will sink in to this election of there minds therefore to pick themselves.

Old Reliable 11-03-2004 03:01 AM

Well that`s totally up to you. 1.Would you go there just to see him screw up?2. Go there and see if he`s still got his strong beliefs?3.Will he add new plans?.4 Will he Add plans for the future that I agree with or that I dont agree with?

For those who mostly go to his speeches I believe are from the higher ranks such as veterans being honored and VIP`s,along with the press, and people around the area.
