Man I wish I would've read this right after you first posted it. From the moment I read it, I KNEW this was rooted in hot broad mischeif. Good luck though man, my sister and her husband are veggie, and they live fairly normal lives. They're not filthy vegan hippies though. Beware the soy mang; when she dumps you, remember you can get laid and have your angus BEEF too.
|
Damn you. Now I'm craving a black angus steak with sauteed onions and a baked potato.

I was talking about Dave getting dumped, turing bi and having a threeway with a hot chick and this carnivorous half-midget aussie:
But a steak does sound pretty good right about now. |
BWAW HAW HAWWW!! Angus is pretty short...not sure how much beef he's packin'.
Although, his lad could be dangling right down to the edge of those shorts for all I know. |
this is a serious answer...
I was a Vegetarian for years in high-school, mostly for health issues, i still wore leather, and clothes that use animal dyes, and were tested on animals, which i believe most of the clothing that most Veg's wear is also... but then one day i realized the simple notion that: Life Feeds On Life... at every level, all life forms feed on life, whether it be concious or not, mobile or not... hook an electrode up to plant and start ripping leaves of it, you can watch the needle on the meter jump each time, some scientists think that shows a sort of pain in plant life... If you wanna be Vegan go to it, but be careful, i saw alot of people waste away and end up sick do to lack of proper nutrition, make sure your doctor, or better yet a Vegan Homeopath does a schedule for you to start on, until you become more familiar with cooking Vegan cuisine... also, i assume you wear no leather, and no silver, etc... I hate it when people choose vegetarianism as an environmental issue, but flagrently break the rules in other areas (I call them Trenditarians)... be careful, and don't be preachy, otherwise good luck!... |
as long as your don't preach this shit on others like many christian factions do for religion, then it is ok with me sir.

A chicken doesnt know its going ot die. A baby child doesnt know its going to die. ...it doesnt know it is hurting cause it doesnt know what pain is... A baby can feel pain, so can a chicken. ...it doesnt know there is a world... A baby doesnt know there is a world. ...it doesnt know anything except cage, food, water... A baby doesnt know anything but mother, food, water, etc... So, you gonna go eat a baby? Go right ahead.[/quote:1b3c7] how can you say that? you cannot compare a damn chicken to a damn baby. a baby is loved by a mother, and can think and do A LOT more damn things then a chicken can. animals are here on this planet for us to eat, there is pretty much no other reason why they are here. why is a chicken on this earth? to flock around all day? no, it is here so we can eat. a baby is a human being, you cannot compare an animal to a human no matter what the circumstances are. |

Nope. But if it weren't for the legion of sheep who take their cues from the folks on The Real World, veganism would probably be some weird cult. It's not a mistake that human beings are carnivores. Man was hunting animals from the earliest as a form of food before he was picking berries. If you look at dental formations as far back as they exist, humans have always had thin, sharp teeth in the front and wider, more flat molars in the back. In addition, man has always had incisors and the neanderthals had molars that were even more incisor-like than our modern dental formation. Man lacks, and has always lacked, the olfactory perception necessary to differentiate between safe and unsafe vegetation in the way herbivores do. Bottom-line: human can be vegan by pure accidental happenstance of scientific evolution. Even vegans who religiously take a full battery of vitamins and supplements find themselves with frail skeletal structures, much more likely to break bones. They are also more susceptible to infection and illness due to weakened immune systems. This is no coincidence. You have every right as a citizen of the United States of America to be a vegan, I don't challenge that. I just hope you don't keep preaching your beliefs to everyone around you and endanger their health while you lead a self-righteous revolution against Nature itself. |
i would if i knew of more non-meat things to eat... i f presented with a plate full of veggies and a plate of meat n veggies i would prefer the veggies.

Hunting/Killing and eating Deer and other hunted things, you are helping rebuild their enviroment and their habitat. You are also funding for more things to protect animals. A percentage of every dollar spent on hunting/outdoor goods goes to that fund.
I say let them man do as he pleases although, I prefer meat. |

You can gain all the essential nutrients threw being a vegan, proper eating habits as a vegetarian are extremely hard but possible. Not all vegetables contain complete protein like meat. But you can have a complete protein diet as a vegetarien. Thus vegan's who know how to properly eat are much more healthier then those who eat meats. It is all about managing your diet. Most vegetarians do not eat properly though. THey eat far to little, and their protein intake (complete) is non existant. Thus showing all the symptoms that you said frail Bones, Yellowish skin colour. BUT, if you eat properly as a vegan, eating a healthy variety, Managing you meals daily (Like organizing your meals for the week) you will be much much much healthier then any of us. Note the G.M. that has been done to our livestock literally is paying itself back 10 fold on our health today. obesety is a massive problem in our western world. If I had the money, the time I would organize my meals for the week, and buy all organic & free range meat.. I just want you to know noc, that Vegans are much more healthy then us when they eat properly, and your whole fucking crusade against them should end here.. If anything you should be bringing proper awareness to proper eating habits of vegans, over insulting them, as you are. annoy: I applaud Dave for trying this stuff out, Hopefully with the proper awareness on the subject, he can live a longer healthier life. (End my bad spelling). Between the Genetically modified meat, & lower grade beef (which is legal in the states) we aren't much better off. |
