Was Comfortably Numb the last song they played? I saw it was on tv in the middle of that track but it was a couple songs behind, then they cut out after money.

They were amazing, its so cool seeing roger up there playing with the band again, they still have the chemistry they had 30 years ago.. rock:

Coleman 07-02-2005 06:01 PM

Wow, I watched Linkin Park.... oOo: I didn't mind a few of their songs, but the lead vocals dude sang soooooo flat. It must have been hard to hear themselves on stage or something. Dave Matthews Band was pretty leet.

strvs 07-02-2005 06:05 PM

GOD.... only a tv network would cut a FLOYD REUNION half short. They played wish you were here and comfortably numb after money. Pisses me off because i started watching the tv broadcast half way through comfortably numb, and ended up missing it because they cut it short.

Machette 07-02-2005 06:27 PM

They played breath and money...thats all I thought they played oOo:

I love it when millionaires/multi-millionaires/billionaires lecture the average man and woman in the street about poverty. While all those people in Africa were starving, the "celebs" -- who really care about the starving kids -- were stuffing their faces with food and downing bottles of champagne. rolleyes: If those pricks care so much, why don't they empty their bank accounts into one big super "Celebrities saving the children of Africa" charity fund and go work as missionaries full time? I'd bet good money that half of the cunts that appeared on-stage were only there to boost their own profile and sell more records.

I was watching "Access Hollywood" yesterday and they had a special about celebrity shopping. P'diddy (or was it Snoop?) spent $7million on a fucking diamond cross necklace! $7million!!!!!!! Jessica Simpson buys luggage that costs $300,000 PER piece!! It's rediculous how these people spend their money. Yeah, it's their money and they can do what they please with it, but it just gets to a point where it's retarded. I'd be happier if they spent $1,000 on a roll of toilet paper rather than $300,000 luggage since the toilet paper would have more of a use. damn

Singers travel ALOT when they're of the celebrity that Jessica Simpson is of.....

...But yeah, 300,000 is quite a damn lot....But, it makes sense if you have as much money and travel as much as she probably does.

There was riots last night up in edinburgh to do with g8, people knocking the fuck out of riot police and vice versa. Friggin amateurs, take some advice from belfast riots and use petrol bombs (or the fancy american term "molotov cocktails" oOo: ).
