We're getting a bit today...no more than 5 cms, though. Guaranteed that there'll be 50 accidents on the way home, though. Stupid fucks.

then how come their defense is being compared to their 1985 counterparts? Rarely does any team get that kind of praise for their defense, but this team inexplicably does. The only teams I can remember that got compared were the 2000 Ravens, and to a lesser degree the 2002 Bucs. But the Bucs had some kind of offense (Keyshawn), while the Ravens had the POS Jamal Lewis (who shouldn't be even playing this year with the type of stats he's putting up).

I think Nyck is a Lions fan so that may be why he dislikes Da Bears so much

GIANTS > ALL

And yeah...The Bears have it easy...if a toronto team was in the nfl (it'll happen) we'd be in the toughest one like every other sport (baseball...hockey...well not basketball but raptors suck anyways)

Anyways Snow sucks...i enjoy seeing how I drive but cuz it's my dad cars i don't try much shit because that's disrespect.

"crusin in the 5.0..."

It snows about 2 flakes around here maybe once a year. Of course when that happens schools close, numerous traffic accidents occur, and you can forget about getting any milk or bread in the grocery store. Mostly gets semi-cold and rains...

c312 12-09-2005 11:15 AM

got about an inch of sleet and they cancelled all classes today.

That's not true. At my high school, it would take at least 4 inches to close school. And that's in Virginia, so that's pretty strict on school closings.

It makes sense for it to be tougher to close schools in Canada and northern states though because if they did it by the same standards as warmer states, they would be closed all the time and you would have to have school into the summer...It's just for the sake of practicality. Plus I'm assuming people up there get used to the snow and are more prepared for how to handle it (and drive better in it) cause lord knows nobody can drive in Northern Virginia anyway, much less with snow.

Don't forget they beat the Bucs and the Panthers

dont forget almost every team they have played this year is in the bottom ten in total offense.

Bucs and panthers have terrible offenses and awesome Ds

http://www.nfl.com/stats/teamsort/NFL/O ... rt_col_1=4

BITTERNESS AND MISPLACED AGGRESSION BECAUSE THE LIONS SUCK ALERT

9-3 is 9-3 my friend, sorry. you got to beat the bad teams too...panthers have a terrible offense? lol, steve smith had 200 yds recieving and is one of the best in the game. everyone picked us to lose that game.

our offense is mediocre, but it gets the job done. ask anyone around we have a super bowl calibre defense and if we play halfway decent on offense the rest of the way we can go deep into the playoffs.

your post is frighteningly reminiscent of Jay Moronotti, bleeding hart douche cub fan who writes in the sun times. you can see him blabbing his trap off on around the horn too.

and that tired argument of being in the NFC north is old. we are the real deal, and our superb record shows that. i will be enjoying my division champ team and watching them in the playoffs, while your dome will be hosting the circus.

definetly not true. We got over a foot once back in highschool and still had to go to school. LAst night I got about 6-8 inches. We would have got a lot more but it got too cold to snow.

They called off school here BEFORE it even started to snow. happy:

They are probably trying to make up for the snowfall we had in January of 3+ feet, and we had school the next day.
