I don't like Nikes because most of them are over priced and they use too much plastic/strange materials.

I bought my nikes 2 years ago for 60$, they have gone through 2 summers of construction work + general walking, and they just look worn out and dirty. No plastic stuff or anything, just regular shoes.

well there are definately exceptions, but they have a lot of shoes that look more plastic than anything else. I hate the shox, I cant beleive anyone would actually think they can make you jump higher.

Thats what i thought, but the fronts taper in to much and they crush my toes on most of their styles. So i rock the Adios and a pair of all white adidas

My 9 year old sister just got some of those Converse All Stars... saved up her allowance for a month an a half to get them. I don't really care what she wears, as long as the shoes don't lead her to emoness.

I said before, I wear sandals, though at track/cross-country practice I wear these cheap sneakers I got from Costco, Fila or whatever. I'm gonna get a good pair soon, maybe some running flats.
