Ooooh yeah, that would suck to lose everything. I've got like 6 or 7 arcade games I've bought and a bunch of themes and stuff.

Watch the vid, they mention something about a device to transfer data to the new drive. calmdown: happy:

Just wondering when we would get it in the uk, prolly like june. cry:

seriously, if you already have the white model, it's a waste of money to get this.

Depends how you look at it, id like a hdmi connection for proper 1080p. The vga thing seems to be more of a workaround, plus hdmi = proper digital signal, not analogue like vga. When ms start to do more HD dloads of tv shows etc that 120 gigs is gonna be a godsend, think about it, 1 20 minute episode of southpark took up just a fraction under a gig, how much space would a 2 hour hd movie take up? King kong takes up almost a full 30 gigs on a hd-dvd.

Suppose it also depends on how good the trade in price is on a regular premium system, don't want to get royally shafted. ed:

no what buck said

1. I havent come close to using 20 gigs let alone 120, I dont download tons of shit so it seems like an overkill
2. OH BOY ITS BLACK :jackoff:
3. HDMI port oh boy composite hd and hdmi are pretty hard to see the difference on unless you have a super 1337 fuckin TV, which I would bet most people dont.

better stuff they could have put on there
wireless connectivity, quieter drive, some type of HD or bluray drive built in.

and the 120 gig hd comes with a cable to connect to the front to transfer all your shit

1: You may not but i (and tons of others) do, at the minute ive just under 1.5 gigs free.

2: Looks better when mixed along with other a\v equipment as they mostly are black. (not a massive point but people have wanted a black version)

3: HDMI isn't a big thing but a lot of tv's have problems displaying 1920x1080 (1080p) via the vga, they tend to overscan and cut off parts of the picture. Samsung have told me via email that they don't guarantee that their " LE40F71BX" isn guaranteed to run at 1920x1080 via vga even though its listed in the specs. eek: If im forking out cash for a large hd tv i obviously want the best picture i can get, since vga seems to be flakey i don't have a problem with trading in my 360 and paying a little bit to get a console with a connection that should have no issues .

Theres an mp3 over at major nelsons site they talk about hd-dvd wireless etc and why it wasn't included in the box.
