I dont believe I've ever heard of that being allowed. But the only good cat is a dead cat. I hate them. even though I'm not for senseless slaughter of animals, cats are a menace to out wildlife.

Well, i decided that 20 elastic bands prolly had more punch. So, i snuck up on my little brother, aimed, and he tripped on the floor (dumbass) and i hit my cat so hard it fell off the couch and was like, dazed for almost a half an hour ROFL!!!
