I say F!ck it. I own a Ps2, and i love it, it has great games for it and i love the graphix. However, im not a playstation loyalist, im a gamer and im gonna buy a system which is best suited to my tastes. If you like playstation, great, if you like XBox, great, don't argue over it though. If the XBox turns out to be a good system, ill wait a few months till the price goes down and i'll buy it, but for multiplayer gaming, im stickin to my PC.

I don't think anyone should be arguing over this issue. I own a PS2 and I love it, its got great games lined up for it, the graphics are good and will get much better. However, I am a gamer, Im gonna get whatever system is good for me. If the XBox is good, ill wait a few months and buy it. As far as multiplayer games go, ill stick to my PC. Cuz you can't beat a multiplayer game which uses keyboard and mouse.

kraut-kill3r, I find you to be quite an annoying little twit. How can you state that the PS2 is better than the Xbox when it's not even out yet ? Wheres all the facts stating that ? Those specs show exactly why the Xbox is better, it's faster, it has a faster graphics processor, it has larger HDD capacity, it is an all round better console system. It seems to me your a Playstation fanboy who has his mind set. You've been brainwashed it seems. Dont go pumping out brainless speculation when you have no solid facts. Those specs are facts, I havent seen anything from you which would say any different.

the specs stand out and tell the truth about the future of console gaming . xbox will blow out the ps2 , no doubt . but what that guy was saying about the ps2 being more fun is partially right , imo . at least untill the end of this year . ps2 has too many well known brand names coming out this year which people have been waiting for like metal gear solid 2 and final fantasy X and devil may cry and silent hill 2 . i have the ps2 and i plan on getting the xbox by march of next year . the reason i'm waiting till next year is because i really cant find any games that are at launch for it that interest me . but i know that by next year the xbox will be established as the best system as more games come out for it .

imo xbox may have some better specs and everything, but im a playstation guy, i like all their games a whole hell of a lot better, like gran turismo 3, that game kicks major ass, and if i had a playstation or an xbox internet capable, i would never use it, i would just use my computer... IMO

where did you copy all that dumb info down? it means nothing, fun factor is way higher on PS2.
