[quote]Posted by instantammo ---- But in the end of the last video where hes looking out of the bunker there must be about 30 or so men scrambling about.[/]quote]
if you take another look there are way more then that i wonder if you waiting behind a hedhog long enough you would see alot more men...but then you think that your the one that allowed them all to get off the beach cuz of the bangalor thing.... |
quote thing didnt work eh?
And it says german prisioners were taken almost immediately?? It took them over an hour just to properly get onto the beach. Those clips look and sound more like propoganda bullshit to me.

eh?

i think i saw that pic on the links Von Palus put about Omaha..
The first wave was literally wiped out. It was only on D +1 that they took the beach. and that video IS of omaha because of the cliffs. there were cliffs on each side and up the middle was the bluff and shingle. most boats sank and more ppl drowned in the first wave than were shot or blown to bits by 88's. many men sat in one spot the whole day because they were so tired. read the book "Battle at Best" by S.L.A Marshall and "The Victors" by Stephan E. Ambrose. Both the books tell what happened on the first wave. :Q
