Nah, that's not true either. Maybe two years. Usually a good WD drive will last 2 - 3 years before it gives you problems. Hard drives should be swapped about every year, if they are not cooled enough. Otherwise, if they ARE cooled while in use, about 1 1/2 - 2 years.[/quote:67d59]
yeah, i've had a WD harddrive for awhile and there hasn't been any problems yet...
