BTW just some more info on the SAS jeeps.

The guys who drove the jeeps for the SAS were a different squadron all together. They were the Long Range Desert Group LRDG.

Okay, here's the mission:

We will be preforming a night time jeep raid on an Afrika Korps airfeild.

Tripper and Vance will be with me in my command jeep.

The rest of you pair off, two to a jeep.

If your jeep is knocked out, then you'll have to fight on foot.

The objective is to destroy as many Jerry aircraft as possible.

Your jeeps are outfitted with one .50 cal Browning Mg, and 3 .303 Vickers MG's.

You have Thompson SMG's, grenades, lewis bombs, and colt sidearms, plus plenty of ammo and supplies on your jeeps.

My command jeep is the only one with a radio, and we will have no air or artillery support.

Alright, is everyone ready?

Get on your jeeps and lets start making our way to jerry lines, we'll stop and take a break to check our gear there.
