Thanks, for the heads up. "My Software" store wasn't going to have it until the end of the week. Went and got it at Wal-Mart at lunch. Unfortuanetly I am stuck at work for another 6 hours.

Super Target in Fishers, IN has it. I couldn't find it at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, or CompUSA.

for those of you who live in some remote place or oversees, have u guys tried ordering it online?

I'd advise to check it out. And if I find out she was lying to me, well, I'll be quite upset.

Well, we called Walmart, Kaybee, Software Etc., EB, ToysRus, Best Buy, and Circuit City and all of them said the 23rd.

With all this "Walmart" talk we went down to see if they were mistaken. Although they had plenty of those older games in the NEW smaller boxes, they didn't have any on the shelf.

I also called the Walmart in Janesville and they said they didn't have any.

Ya know, it's probably just lazy employees not willing to double check, but I'm not about to drive an hour outta my way to find out.

Yup.....just got it! took 2 Wal Marts to find it though. Oh and a word of caution.....at the wal Mart I got it from they had it in a section of electronics that was completly away from the software. Some special end cap near the freakin Big Screens.....so I was >< this close to missing it and leaving.

Its 10:10am and i Just called a store named DIXONS, they said i could come and get my copy in about an hour!

One thing sucks, and that is there are no Real Dedicated server out there yet, only these pesky home system things they call servers.

Guess what, I've got it. Wal-Mart Brampton has it....hell it has a whole showcase and I think I was the first to get one there.

Stopped by WalMart on my way to work this morning (yeah, I work at 6 a.m.!)...they didn't have it out (I didn't stop to talk to anyone), but they didn't have the "Rock Star" DVD out yet, either...that gets released today, too. So maybe they just haven't put out their new releases yet..I'll check back @ 10.

I guess I'm lucky that I live in a town of almost 0 gamers. I know that at any store there will be atleast 5 copies that haven't been bought yet cause no one buy games here, so I don't have to rush to the store to beat people there =)

Arrrgghhh death to the American pig dogs! I hate it when you guys get games before I do! It's much better when I get it first.
