I'll be on the same path Eames, but I'm doing it the RIGHT way ;)
I'm going enlisted first, and then getting my degree and going officer so I can get both views of how the system works. You get more expierance and respect that way. There isn't any right way of doing it but I was told that if you were an enlisted man before you became an officer then you had an idea of what was going on. |

Going through a military schools 4th class system trains you to be an officer, by being a follower first, then a leader. |
I went to NMMI for 2 years.
Mili school blows. |

But that's not the point. You can be a tough Marine but a a lousy leader. See, if you go enlisted first you'll have expierance that counts when you want to become an officer, so you have a clue whats going on. |
I'm joining the Royal Navy as an officer right away but I've done some basic training in the reserves already, a ratings life in the navy sucks azz.
