They had a case in MaximumPC magazine which had a cooling unit to a fridge.. It ran at -21C which is like what? 12F ??

Machette, I do have water cooling. It was a bitch to put on, took me three hours. The first 30 minutes was me trying to figure out the instructions, as they were pictures in black and white and I couldn't tell shit from shit.
