the blowoff valves make that noise., Also note Turbocharges can xcut your engines life in half. Try and fit a rated turbo on their, aKA LIKE a GM supercharger for a cavalier etc. The big expensive turbo's and etc are more for project/ weekend cars, that aren't driven daily. even if possible, super charge your car.

Theres this turbo kit for my car, its been tested for about a year now with no problems what so ever, suppose to be a very vreliable kit. A guy put it on with over 100 K miles on the car and about 90K later its still running good.
