P.S. Art Attack... what is that in your post? Looks like fried taters, but I can't identify the rest of it. Is it any good?

It's called "Poutine", a french-canadian artery clogger. REALLY good.

Basically, it's fries, cheese curds, and some sort of gravy/sauce. Here in Ontario, they just use gravy, but I think they have a special recipe sauce in Quebec for authentic poutine.

I know altogether too much about poutine. I'll stop now. biggrin:
