I had an M4 floating around here somewhere

there's a silenced m5 on the allied side of the city nights (forget if they carried that over to the city night final mod) imho the city nights beta had the better overall weapons package, can't get enough of the silenced axis smg.

I dont want to replace all my weapons I just want to replace the BAR, how can I do that?

you're gonna have to get rid of all the files for all the other weapons (textures, models, scripts) but keep the folders and the files that say bar and m16 tactical
