once a week about, i go on and check and see if it needs it every few days.

Ya same here, anytime i install a game or something i defrag the drives, besides that it gets done a few times a week.

i format ALL THE TIME... sometimes more than once a week ...

You must use an "outside" defragger because the windows defrag won't let you do it daily. What program do you use to defrag??

it will let you do it, just that it says it doesnt need to be done. lets me do it anyway

Eh i use the built in windows defrag, doesn't limit me to when i use it, i can defrag whenever i want.

Besides that theres diskkeeper which is ok.

biggest waste of money ever.

just use windows defrag...it shouldnt limit you...just defrag, dont run the analyzation.

Reformatting i've done a couple times but it's a bitch to load all the games, programs back on.
