Last night was good, I got to a party and this girl kept giving my vodka shooters and crown royal, I had like 5 shots of vodka, like 4 shots of crown royal and they kept trying to give me more, i'm so hungover right now, and I gotta goto my drummers house soon to jam, i'm so dead right now.

Boddies and John Smiths.

Airborne Butters 03-15-2005 10:42 AM

how many beers does it take you guys to get drunk btw?

Art Attack 03-15-2005 10:43 AM

I don't really know, cuase i'll normally have a couple beers then move to the hard stuff, so the hard stuff is getting me drunk.

canadian = 6-10...

american = 10-20 (depending on the beer)...

Pyro 03-15-2005 10:57 AM

buzzed or so is about 2-3

drunk is probably 4-8

totally hammered would be around the 8+ mark...bieng a small guy who doens't drink often allows you to get drunk pretty quickly.

umm that a really stupid generalization, there are just as many 5-6% american beers as canadian ones eek:

Takes me about 10 6% beers to get drunk, up from like 6 at the beginning of first semester...
I usually start off pre-gaming with hard stuff though, then move to beer. Its a MUCH better strategy then starting off with beer, then moving to hard, that is if you dont mind taking shots while sober. Gets you buzzed right away and you inevitably slow down with beer so you dont puke. If I do hard stuff after I cant guage when to stop easily.

like what?... considering almost all (except light) is 5% here... i meant canadian brewed beers, imports vary to some degree, but for the most part imports are brewed to reflect the alcohol trends of the country they are sold in...

thats why i put the " (depending on the beer)" as i am aware that some is stronger, and hence the wide varience, but mostly it was a joke...
