Umm... PS3 uses a brand new GPU from Nvidia called RSX which decimates the ATI R500 in terms of raw power... However specs don't mean much in terms of real world application... We'll see.

either way a week after xbox360, ps3 nintendeo rev' consoles will be behind the pcs again.

why get any of this hardware .. in a few months it will be outdated.

at least with a pc, you can upgrade at your convenience. And pc's can be used for a lot more stuff.

If anything, I think the portable ones are a better waste of money.

YEARS, actually. Analysts say it will be years before PCs surpass the X360/PS3.

And besides, its cheaper to get a console than an equivalent PC. Plus, when you buy a console you know that they'll be games that can run on it well for years to come.

stfu the graphics cards on these cant be equaled by the pc market now but when the ps3 is released in a year they will easily if not more

Take it easy elstatec, i'm sure both systems will have their strong and weak points like it has always been. Let's get hyped for the fact that we are getting 3 new systems to play with, and not argue the specifics.
