sure, but you're gonna have to work with me on this.... now: how many large wet beach towels can your erection support..? |
I'm the current reigning champion of 53 beach towels (and 1 beach umbrella).

I dont deprive myself of things, but I put limits on them...
... like pizza just once every one to two weeks, if Im gonna have a hamburger it'll only be one time out of the month, I'll have chocolate and candy every couple months, usually just holidays, I don't like sodas and yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah. I kinda turned myself into a health nut after going on my little diet (I LOST 30 POUNDS - THANK YOU, NUTRIHEALTH!), so its kinda wierd, it's almost changed my appetite for a lot of things - like I no longer enjoy chips and pizza really isnt my favorite food anymore. I eat an awful lot, its what adds that little flab there, thats not really noticable, but still there. But the stuff I eat, even though I eat a lot of it, is always healthy - my house doesnt have anything else. I'll have Chex for one snack, a pear for another, and orange another time, occasionally some baby carrots... I hardly if ever have anything "premade" for snacking. |

I know a kid who has the same heart-beat thing going on with him. You're my moms weight, and she's in her late 40's. |
I've been lifting weights since I was about 13-14. When I started, I remember I could only bench press 125 lbs and squat about 185 lbs heh.
Stats: Height: 5'10" Weight: 187 lbs Bench: 295 lbs Squat: 480 lbs Power Clean: 305 lbs I work out 6 days a week. I mix heavy freeweights to build muscle mass, machines to reinforce the freeweights, cables to build my "cuts", and cardio on all 6 days to reduce body fat %. I do wind sprints on my cardio every 3 days or so. The other cardio days I jog with a one minute sprint at the end. I did my weight routine on a half body schedule for years when I played football, meaning I would do upper body one day, then lower the next, then upper the next etc... Now I only group my workouts. For example, I might do biceps and triceps, then back and stomach the next day, then chest and shoulders, then hamstrings and quads, etc. I always change it up every two weeks to keep my muscles stimulated. If you do the same routine week after week your muscles get used to it. I might even change up which muscle groups I'm working out together, like I might do chest and triceps one day instead of biceps and triceps. |
I dont go to the Gym, so Im kinda forced just to use what I have, which is my own body and the hardwood floor.

Well, you might want to look into doing a sport at school which lets you use their weights. I remember between my first and second max out period, I went from 125 lbs to 185 lbs on my bench press. Your body will respond very fast to weights at that age, and you'll notice that you look bigger. |
I'm not bashing anyone but I don't see much reason in body building. Your body is designed to do what it has to. Bodybuilding is just tricking your body into thinking that it needs the extra muscle. The only reason you need muscle for physical work/activity and when the only activity you do is lift weights it sounds a bit redundant.
(I'm talking about pure body building, not exercising to be healthy or atheletic) |

Some bodybuilders make good money for a living, so they do it for that reason.
As for me, I don't necessarily bodybuild to get freaky huge like some of those guys, but I do want myself to look good, for my own satisfaction. The whole "You gotta look good so you can go on the beach" is a bunch of BS to me, because most people are actually shirtless in public, like what, maybe 2 times a year tops? A large part of lifting weights is to build self-confidence in one's self, which in turn translates to how you are in public, how well you can strike up a conversation with some girl you like or whatever. Your face may still look like it was ran over by a truck, but at least the boost in confidence at a better body will show when you hang out with others. |
For example:
That shit is unnecessary, but he makes six figures a year and lives a comfortable life doing it. This, on the other hand, minus the queer nipple ring and necklace, looks much better than this: The difference is the level of respect your body commands. It has been studied that men of above average physique do better in job interviews as opposed to a puny man. It's a natural human instinct to a certain extent show a man respect because he has large arms, chest, whatever. This respect is shown by women as well. One thing you hear a lot of girls saying is, "I don't want a puny man who looks like I could break him in half." Don't get me wrong, I know one or two rather skinny guys who date a lot of hot women, but those guys also have muscle definition, they aren't just skinny twigs without muscle. You can be skinny and strong and still have respect, but it's a problem when you're skinny and lanky as well. |
