well I just join in the middle of the game. so I didnt really help out that much. I think I was an engineer. then I got kicked from the squad then I disconnected and started to cry.

nyck and blase dont understand the concept of squad play i dont think ... last night i joined nycks squad and while the squad leader ( nyck ) was never around any control points i pretty muched played the entire map solo even though i was in a squad of 6 ... blase usually solos it when i see him playing.

i really cant stand playing without team work ... and if you havent noticed the side playing with squads/teamwork usually win the rounds.

: i usually end up creating a squad and inviting when i join if there arent any decent squads to play on.

I usually play solo too, but not in a squad, I only really play if the people in the squad talk on VOIP, most dont. when people talk, you have a better chance of winning.

Did anybody answer the original question? Blase, I would think that the specs for the A7N8X would be the same as yours (basically). It supports 3GB max but I wouldn't count on getting all 400 MHz outa your DDR 400 RAM. If I remember correctly the nForce 2 chipset was notorious for not allowing you to populate all of your DIMM slots and run at their default speed (DDR 400). However, don't quote me on that, I smoke too much crack to be reliable.

On gulf of Oman we were getting fucking buried. I would spawn as squad leader and have no one around me. we couldnt even get next to a control point.

The next map however that city map mashtuar i think we owned it up.

Me = support(actually got the basic badge) I usually play engineer.
Gren = AT
Thorn = Med
Boose = Med
Morph = sniper/engineer

we were one solid engineer away from actually doing well...not enough repairs.

Ps can the squad leader actually give out commands or do I just get them from the commander.

You'r like a mini-commander, you can open the battle map and give orders and shit and request artillery and what not.

Guess Ill have to look a little more into it so I can be a 1337 commander and judas can stop being gay and crying.

ya right click on the map when u hit caps lock and click what u want your squade to do.

Nyck and I can get some massive teamwork going, It's hard to get anything going with you because it takes so long to relay information back and forth when we have to type it all out.

And the reason I solo it most of the time is because when I do get with groups of people we get decimated by a tank or APC that saw us on UAV. Being in a giant group just attracts too much attention for it to work really well unless you're part of a group that has got their shit completly together.

You can also use T to bring up another one of those quick voice commands menus but it lets you call for supplies, artillery, UAV ect. wherever your crosshair is at.

That helped glass, I was wondering why in Himmlers PCWizard app my DDR400 was running at a 233MHz. So now I understand. Danke! +1 to you when the time comes.

use t and you can the squad key ( caps lock or tab ) and issue commands on the map it brings up... just like in commander mode
