Just curious, Catholic school or other Christian type school? I actually know a bunch of people that went to Christian schools from K-12. I know only one that got involved with drugs. He gave it up years ago though. Maybe times have changed. Catholic schools were always much more strict than other Christian schools.

I went to a Christian school, I hated it, so I guess I was spared.

PS I'm a Christian, so you can't lump me in the same group as the crazed bible-thumpers.

If you actually learned of my views you'd probably think I was a reasonable guy.

I went to a Catholic school from kindergarten to 7th grade. I just left early because there was more music opportunities at my local public highschool. The catholic school was just too underfunded.


I was going to say the exact same thing as Colonel. It's a private school. Let them do whatever the hell they want. If they want to make a Muslim school: let them kick out the kids that get caught drinking alcohol and kick the girls out that wear skirts that show their legs. Hell, if they wanted to make a school that says your parents had to be non-Jews, let them go for it. I doubt they'd get a high admittance rate, but they're a private institution and let them do as they please.

Nonetheless, its a Christian or private school, so yeah, so they can accept whoever they want into their schools. I dont see why those two feel they need to send their kids to a school that would preach a line of thinking that is probably contrary to their own. There are plenty of schools over here, but theyre gonna have to make the commute to OC or LA county, im not sure Riverside Co has alot of schools.

i think the school is right, they made the rules and the parents knew them and broke them. deal with it, move on, and go to a different school.

how does removing the primary source of pointless bickering, science impediment and the largest difference between humans cause looting? if you're suggesting putting faith in some imaginary friend instead of attempting to find real answers promotes peace and prosperity i think you need to take a look at history.

plus, looters can simply be shot. perhaps once everyone doesn't think their soul will go to a nice happy place after they die they'll be a little more mindful of such things.
