exactly... Just like terrorists in Iraq. A conventional war was waged, and the Iraqi millitary was decimated. Now they fight a guerilla war. People adapt.

that was over 40 years ago. israel does not have the capacity to fight off an actual invasion. the reason why they were able to fend them off was because they had our help, our planes, some luck and the fact that syria and egypt didnt coordinate an attack. fast forward to today where the US and Britain are in iraq and given the fact that israel and its neighbors still have not struck a successful truce, i doubt the american people would give a shit....save a few well placed over-zealous calls by the isreali PACs over here and a some bs propoganda on the news.
