Genius? You need fat to turn into muscle. Just lift weights, and eat meat and potatoes every night. Sounds like you need more fat on you if you want more muscle.

i've been on creatine monohydrate for about a month. after my loading cycle for the first 5-6ish days i put on almost 5 pounds. gained almost 10 pounds in the month.

i want to get into transcendental meditation. its hard for me to sit still for 10 minutes a day much less 20 minutes a day twice a day. i might give it a shot tho.
