do you have to use the software with it? or can you use it in photoshop too?

how is it? hard to use, does it need getting used to?

yeah man, judas you have a nice talent there. Are all of your art classes over now?

Judas 01-06-2006 09:40 PM

i dunno, i ve taken to it pretty quickly just drawing in black and white. it came with a couple of programs, like the one ive been using for these is painter by corel.

i think if you have any idea how to draw in pencil then youll have no problem picking up on it. the screen is pretty much mapped to the drawing area on the pad ... so if you want to reposition in an area youve been drawing in you just place it where it appears on the screen. you watch the screen instead of the paper, or pad in this case. also, line weight is controlled by how hard you press down on the pad. the end opposite the pencil also acts as an eraser. its really much easier to form shapes than pencil and eraser imo.

another buck.

I have Graphire 3 but I could never get used to it (although I didn't try very hard) Seeing you do some of those drawings makes me wanna try it again, maybe I'll get it out and see if I can get used to it.
