save what you just complained about how this place and that place didnt get votes that counted and that you and others are unhappy with the election etc.

sounds like 2000 election all over again.

It was an article on proportional representation, and I ahve been discussing the election with others who voted in it. All you have contributI post articles and have a discussion with other members, you post:"ENJOY COUNTING THOSE HANGING CHADS FUCKERS!!!"

I'm trying to keep it civil in here. Thanks.

PS, there are no hanging chads in canada. All we have to do is mark an X beside the party we're voting for. Pretty simple.

Nothing to my knowledge "went wrong" with the election, like hanging chads in the US. Canada has a first past the post form, while a proportional representation in my opinion would much better represent how people are voting. Conservatives get 36% of voters, they get 36% of seats etc. It doesn't work that way here.

NDP

Though Bramalea-Gore-Malton = Immigrants which guarentees a liberal MP.

So I just felt like helping the NDP out with a vote as I like them the best...but would of voted Liberal if I thought the Liberals were at risk in this riding.

And I also agree that our election process is flawed.
