If you take that shit and do your normal workout routine, is there more noticeable gains than if you didnt take it? or is it that the stuff helps you work out for longer periods of time?

Fact is, taking creatine according to directions is fine for your body, it does not know the difference... taking those synthetic crap filled pills is way different.

I take XPAND and Whey Protein. Never tried creatine but I'd like to just to see how it works.

XPAND is by fr the best supplement I've ever tried. After 2 weeks of taking it I was able to lift 20-30 lbs more on each lift. It works that well. Plus it makes your arms rock hard, and that alone gets you excited about working out.

Overall though it's a good diet and proper workout routine that will give you the best results. There's really no easy way to gaining strength. I've gone from 170 on my bench to 330 in a little over one year on the routine I use. Most of it relies on diet, and if you can't follow it to a T, you won't get the results you want.

there's this woman at my gym. ffs....i had my head down kind of and I see this huge mass walk in front of me. this person was huge. massive pythons, massive chest (man chest), i look up and its a fuckin woman. i almost had a stroke when i saw her face. goddamn ugliest thing i've ever seen.

if your taking roids you need to be taking some kind of protien supplement like whey plus the roid to be getting serious gains. a few buddies of mine who did a few cycles would make sure when they were on cycle to get 400 g of protien everyday and they would also be on 3000 to 4000 calorie a day diets.
