What you get:

Portable live satellite radio
WiFi connectivity (for when you are in a building and can't receive the satellite signal.

Storage for up to 1000 hours of programming (for when you can't the the sat signal or a WiFi signal)

This also gives you the ability to record a song that is playing, keep as an MP3, and not have to pay anything for it. Also it is a Play For Sure device, meaning it'll work with any pay service (other than iTunes) so you can put songs you've "rented" from the pay services on to the Stilleto. (I have Rhapsody subscription so I'm hoping this means I can download a ton of stuff I listen to on my PC)

Built in antenna, but antenna headphones will be included. (I got this info from one of their websites - I'm not sure if it means little iPod-like ear buds or real headphones - there is a rumor that it will be Bluetooth compatible)

It will come with 2 batteries, a regular and an extended life one. Up to 4 hours of live on the go wear, 14 hours of wifi, and 22 hours of recorded playback.

Comes with car kit that has 10 buttons that let you save up to 30 presets.

You can schedule 6 hour recording blocks, and schedule more than 100 shows in advance. --- This is good for me, because Jimmy Buffett does some of his concerts live on Sirius, so I can schedule the time slot and record one! or record a football game (Sirius has the NFL and also college football -- also NHL, for Zoner)

----------

I tried to preorder one - but I was too late. They have taken so many preorders that they had to stop taking orders. Dagnabit!

Sounds awesome, + sat radio = great qaulity.
