I actually dont eat very much. About 2/3s of what I do eat is 'good' and another 3rd is 'bad'. I mostly drink water. And Gatorade. And sometimes Redbull. Also, Tomato juice is really good.

The problem is I dont get very much physical actvity.

I wouldn't be suprised if I eat 4000+ calories a day. However, I go to the gym for 1 hour and 30mins every day.

It's as simple as eating healthy and lots of cardio. You just need the determination.

I play tennis afterschool, but probably eat 3,000 cals a day.

I suggest you stop eating entirely.

Excuse my ignorance, but, what's a elliptical? You should try and do more than 20 if you can. I mean, if you're intending on burning more.

An elliptical trainer. Google it.

I'm just starting exercising and can't do much more than that. I started with 10 mins initially and am building up stamina every day.
