No find is shit boring 94% of the time.

Here im gonna write my own dane cook jokes...

"so you guys ever notice that when you we younger you'd be hangin out with your friends and there was always that one friend who couldnt come out and play unless his little brother tagged along. Then his little brother would always think he was cool because he was hangin with the older kids and then he would cross the line and actually try and speak up in a conversation and you'd have to be like HEY YOU SHUT UP YOU! and then BAM!!!!!! you kick him in the face. There talk now with a broken mouth you stupid kid."

"Hey remember the first time you had to take a shit really bad but you couldnt go because someone was in the bathroom. You stand there sweating and pacing (begin to frantically pace on stage, bending over and breathing heavy in the mic) your like CMMMMMMMMMMONNNNNNNNNNNN ERUHGHHHHHHHHHAAAAAA!!!!!!! and you get there just in time to pull down your pants and as you bend over BLAAAAAAAAAASPSSSSSSSSSSTPPPPPPPPPPTTTTT YOU SHIT ALL OVER THE BACK OF THE TOILET. Wasnt that always fun to clean up???"

"Remember when you were like 7 and you used to go on the swings and try and swing as high as you could??? then what would you do??? YOUD JUMP (makes a fake jumping motion) and when you were in the air you would try and do moves! (CONTORTS ON STAGE) but then you would land and BATISHHHHHH!!!!! your ankle would snap off of your femur and you would be like AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !! and then all your friends would laugh at you cause they thought you were faking?? YEA YEA remember that,,, who didnthave that happen to them, huh huh?"

"It's the button on the top right. . .where its always been since the beginning of fucking time"

Ill give ya, his newer stuff doesnt have the edge and energy of his older stuff - Kool Aid Man and "Hooked on the O(valtine)" - but it still elicits one of those feel good moods. . .its like popcorn comedy. . .youre probably not going to remember the jokes in the morning, but at the time it was fun. . .

I like Dane Cook, he does what I think stand up comedians should do. He points out shit that happens in everyday life that we might have overlooked or not analyzed clearly and presents it in a funny light.

So what the fuck if he decides that instead of just standing motionless and making us laugh with just jokes that he's going to add a bit of flare and movement to his act. It still makes people fucking laugh and that's all that matters.

I agree, observational humor is often the best type, but the way Cook presents it just doesn't strike me as funny. Look at Eddie Murphy's Raw and Delirious as good examples of observational humor. Some people might not like those two though so meh....
