Also, if you dont like the movie simply because it has blatent advertising, boo hoo. If the whole movie is ruined because you saw a GM logo as the camera panned by on something like a convoy shot, pull the stick out of your ass and just enjoy the shot. |

Here's my initial take on this movie (even though I haven't seen it yet)...
People who weren't huge Transformers geeks as kids = love the movie People who were huge Transformers geeks as kids = hate the movie People who were huge Transformers geeks as kids and are still huge Transformers geeks = virgins |

Snagged a version to see how it was, movie was pretty good. I was expecting the robots to look weird walking and jumping around but they were animated really well and it looked very natural.
Was a weird movie to watch, after watching the cartoon series and the cartoon movie its strange to not see the transformers be the main focus of attention on screen. Obviously it was based around the humans a bit more to avoid more and more cgi needing to be used which would have exploded the budget. Weird thing was i thought Megatron sounded the most human out of all the robots, Optimus as usual sounded a bit too preachy like he was constantly on a soapbox. The movie never answered the question that everyone asks, where the fuck does primes trailer go to when he transforms...in the cartoon it randomly appears when he goes to truck mode and disengages and disappears when he goes to robot mode. biggrin: With the way the movie ended it'll be interesting to see how they make a sequel. eek: http://youtube.com/watch?v=bq1_6D9QS9Y Gonna go see it when it hits theatres here the online version was shitty at best. annoy: |
