For some reason, the MP demo won't work on my PC. It installs, but when I boot, it just goes back to the desktop. maybe I need to apply that new patch, who knows.

Anyways, the SP demo was fun. I like being a German Sniper, and driving the tanks are fun, too. biggrin:

Yeah, whack the new patch on and make sure you haven't tweaked your graphic's card driver to force games to play at refresh rates above 60hz. I had the exact same problems as you and I had tweaked my Radeon to play all games at 85hz, because of this BF1942 would just bump me back to the desktop when I tried to start the game.

Doh! Mines set to 120mhz, heh. I'll just wait for the full version, only another week or so, unless they push back the damn date!! mad:
