not alot, depending on what your pic looks like. if you're printer a dark picture, yes alot would be sued, but for mine, there are more whiter areas on my pciture and less ink was used. I bought I new cartridge last night, and the ink bar on my printer never went down, but turning it to grayscale and adjusting the contrast to +5 or +10 will reduce the amount of ink used on some areas of the picture. the hihgher the contrast = the more whiter the pic = less ink would be used.

EDIT: just took another look at the ink bar, and it turns out that just over half of the ink was used. ed:


comotose, how did u make it print to your edges of the page? can only the newer printers do that? mine isnt that new. got it about 3 years ago.

I just rastorbated all over the place... how the fuck do I put this together? Are the pages in any specific order?

mine printed out, top left ==> top right, in that order, so your last page should be on top of all the others after its done printing. and it should be the BOTTOM right. then work your way backwards from that

bottom right and place them going to your left.

I heard the best way to do this is to save it how you want it and go up to Kinkos. The per-page cost works out to be way less than your printer cartridge.

EDIT:: Kinkos is about $0.08 per page for B&W copies. Not sure on color, though you could probably do it affordably. No more than $5-7 for 20-30 pages.

what I did, since mine did not print to the edges, I used the white edges around the pages to put glue on, and over lapped one another, peiced it together, and stuck it on my door with tape on the eadch corner. took about an hour , from printing it until it was on my door.

I went to kinkos and asked for to print it on lable paper and in colour and they said $2.14 per page. I don't know how much it is for colour, but I had 42 pages I think so there was no way i was paying 2.14 a sheet.

when i upload the image i dont see it its just a grey screen. am i suppose to see it at the crop point?

Thanks Nexus, I suggest trimming only the right sides of the paper and working from the right to the left and top to bottom overlaying each trimmed right side over an untrimmed left side.. Thats how I did mine and got most of it to line up good without any gaps.

Moto's looks kinda odd cause the wheel looks cut off although it isn't..

Heres mine, I kinda slacked on the precise taping etc..

motox its because you are out of black ink...when you dont have any black it goes to another color...at least for me it does

Na I just replaced the ink cause the truck took all 3/4 of my black cartrige, the maroon was like that in the .pdf also..
