Changing the dust color? That would just look stupid. To be realistic, you'd have to KEEP the dust(that IS realistic) and on top of that find a way to add a bullet hole decal for every time someone got shot, in the exact place they got shot, and create a spraying blood effect every time they got hit on exposed skin. Also, you'd have to find a way to get some blood to pool on the ground as they were laying there. All that seems VERY complicated, and maybe not even possible in a mod, I don't know. Call me lazy, but why would I even bother trying to do that, when I can just get SOF2, Global Operations, or Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon? All 3 look to be very realistic, and the 1st 2 will definately include blood and bullet holes, and if the 3rd one is like Rogue Spear, it will too.

Not possible? Look at some of the MODS around. Take Counter-Strike for example -- if they can change Half-Life enough to make it a whole new game, then I think you can add some blood effects.

I wish this thread could get erased. I've got a question, can moderators erase other people's posts and replies. If so, you guys at 2015 gotta erase this. I know a lot of guys agree with me. I think Polaris said he would erase it if he could, but it's in the wrong forum.
