well i talked this over with mr. chichi and it's a little secret but, after the mod we will have an expansion pack, completely seperate from the BoB mod. it will consist of 2 or more levels. the levels that i can guarentee are point du hoc and iwo jima!!! http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif

This may of been answered but when do u guys think the mod will be released. I predict this will be yet another one of my n00b posts and ppl will make something over it but.. *sigh* o well.

Just to remind u guys i dont spell good.. never have never will. i dont care.:)

being the mod so big, and we cant start doing very much until we get the game i would guess atleast 2 or 3 months after the game release. that is at the minimum. but we have got the c-47 modeled and ready to be textured(from, yours truly). also many soundtracks are ready(from, yours truly). and, we are starting to get ready to make the 101st uniform.

fuzz is right, the mod wont be released for a little while, oh and fuzz EXCELLENT job on the C-47!!!

I think that they should have market Garden in the Mod. And when you land you see gliders and other stuff in the air and see some collide.

there is going to be a market garden mission on the mod. but i dont know about the gliders. i suppose i could model one... the thing that worries me about this mod is what if we cant do all of this things that are wanted??? *holding breath*

i have alot of faith in u guys, and i wanna be a skinner! and btw what is bobs tool kit??

ppl just dont get it!!!! you can't have the flash/thunder thing!! it isnt practical, this isnt real life, if u hear that flash thunder shit you just jump around the corner ready to open fire anyway, you dont have the realistic fright that an enemy is around the corner, you have nothing to lose, u'll just respawn later... and how r they gunna know where u are? you could be saying flash from the otherside of the map! not to mention the ass holes that would be spamming the flash thunder like theres no tomorrow, it's purpose and all dignity it ever had would be deminished forever. there are more reasons but im too lazy to say them for the 4th time....if you want anything like that, i think the only thing that would be practical would be the 'cricket', all you do is press....say "c" and it'll make a click noise, the other guy would press "c" and it would automatically respond with two clicks, and you just make it like with the sprays in CS, you get limited how many times u can click so it doesnt get out of hand, and maybe the same as RtCW how it shows that what part of the map the message is coming from, so it could show where the clicking is coming from, for example it would say "far-side of bridge" or something, i dunno, but even that has it's side-effects that arent really worth risking the trouble for unless u can manage to make it perfect...

yeah that bothers me to, i really think that if mohaa does not support things like jumping out of a c47 that it would take like really high caliber code with a person of real talent, like the dudes at 2015, to do something of that nature, not a few kids. so frankly if the game does not support it then i dont think it will happen, not saying that u cant do it, i dont know much about codeing u might be able to.....

i think that there is a real flood of ideas, what u r gonna have to do is sort through them, and figure out what is good, bad, practicle etc then go and make your promises to the fans of the mod, cuz right off the bat saying well hve this this and taht and and if u cant do that, then well....your in trouble. so i would say take a step back, hold off on ideas, compile your info, and then analize what u need and then make your promises http://www.alliedassault.com/ubb/smile.gif

i agree... but, keep the faith in us =) we are just a few kids but i have done some pretty cool stuff for rouge spear atleast. once we get to know the system well i think we should be able to do alot. =)
