2 facts
1 the shirt was bought at the mall in question, why dont they go after the store?
2 today they (the mall) want to drop all charges, go figure, they detained and arrested a man (who happens to be a lawyer) for no reason what so ever

That is exactly why I dont think we are hearing the whole story. Something else, more disruptive had to be going on.
