I read a book about a guy in Sierra Leone who saw some rebels gouge out his fathers eyes and pour battery acid in em, I recon thats gotta suck too.

I'd say the worst way to die is being put in a locked box laying down while they poor various types of insects in the box. That would drive me crazy and probably i would throw up and try to choke on it.
