Nein my good man, they are legal as long as you put a catalic converter on them. Theres 5 of them around here. One of which dusted my friends 280 HP integra by 13 car lengths, and my friend loves it. He was so excited he lost to it lol.

I personally hate street racing. I'm not a big fan of just mindless straight away shit, Rally Racing and shit that requires not only speed but good handling of a car, is where the balls of racing are.

Its a mantality Red hawk. You look at it and see the expense and risk. Others look at it and see the expense, risk, and by adding those two, the fun. Sometimes you need to unclench your penny pinching ass, let loose, toss caustion to the wind, and have a little fun.

Of course that all depends on your version of fun.
